The Heart of the program is the Urban Rehabber monthly Round Table. Each month program members and newcomers gather to share information, learn of new and exciting opportunities, and keep up to date on changing market conditions. It’s both a networking and a learning opportunity.
If the monthly round table is the ‘heart’, then the Urban Rehabber Investor/Rehabber Seminar® is the Brain, the intellectual center of the program. Over a grueling 2 1/2 days Phil Elmes, author and presenter of the Seminar, packs in a comprehensive overview of the business of real estate investing and rehab based on his 35 years in the Business. The Seminar is offered 2-3 times a year.
The 7-part Urban Rehabber Workshop Series builds on the content presented in the Seminar. Some folks call it ‘continuing education’. Each workshop takes an important piece of the Seminar, and goes into the material in depth, with Case Studies and exercises designed to walk you through, hands on, the Tools & Analytical Techniques you will use with every project.
The Urban Rehabber Coaching Program is anchored by the Urban Rehabber MasterMind “Club”. Highly motivated members join in this elite coaching program to “move their business (and life) to the next level” following the mastermind principles revealed by Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, a classic published decades ago.
